Katy brings a deep commitment to smart, client-focused, personal service to the Gulf Coast real estate industry. Licensed in Alabama since 2014 and in Florida since 2017, she specializes in coastal residential, luxury, condo, and vacation rental investment properties. As a former teacher, the opportunity to guide and educate clients about the local Gulf Coast Alabama and Florida housing and condo markets as a Realtor® is a particularly rewarding aspect of the practice of real estate for Katy. She is skilled in the newest technology, online social media, and marketing tools that a savvy agent must utilize to excel and best serve her clients. She is additionally certified and trained as a NAR Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Certified Home Marketing Expert, and is a recipient of the prestigious RE/MAX Titan Club Team award. She is also a member of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, the local, state, and National Associations of Realtors®, and the Pensacola Association of Realtors®. She enjoys yoga, hiking our area’s natural parks and trails, and taking in the local art and music scenes.

Katy works with both sellers and buyers of residential, resort, condo, and investment properties along the Alabama Gulf Coast in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Coastal Baldwin County and in the Perdido Key, Florida community. She is grateful to call Orange Beach, Alabama her home and beloved beach “happy place” since 2009.

				Katy was so wonderful to work with during our search for a condo and during our condo purchase. She kept the entire process on track and moving so smoothly and before we knew it, everything was done and we were ready to close!! We were scared and excited and she made it so easy! I told her so many times that we wouldn’t own a condo today if she had not been our realtor.  We are always on the look out for additional beach properties and have even opened our search to “homes” to begin our retirement years at the beach! 						10 years ago, we fell in love with Orange Beach on our first visit here and wandered into Remax Orange Beach where we met Katy who was the Agent on Duty.
