				Katy was so wonderful to work with during our search for a condo and during our condo purchase. She kept the entire process on track and moving so smoothly and before we knew it, everything was done and we were ready to close!! We were scared and excited and she made it so easy! I told her so many times that we wouldn’t own a condo today if she had not been our realtor.  We are always on the look out for additional beach properties and have even opened our search to “homes” to begin our retirement years at the beach! She was very patient with us as we spent 2 years trying to decide IF we were going to buy a condo and then when we decided to move forward, she was incredibly attentive.  We actually purchased our condo site un-seen because it was during COVID and we couldn't travel.  Katy showed us the condo via Face Time. 						10 years ago, we fell in love with Orange Beach on our first visit here and wandered into Remax Orange Beach where we met Katy who was the Agent on Duty. Less than a month later, we were buying our first beach condo! A few years later, we decided to trade in for a larger unit and Katy was the first person we called.
